Ingredients
Directions
Ingredients
4 tbsp YouFirst chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut cream
1 cup almond milk or cashew milk
Directions
In a glass jar combine the chia seeds & desiccated coconut. Add the liquid ingredients into the jar and stir the mixture well with a whisk. Make sure there are no chia seed lumps left. Then place the lid on your chia seed pudding and shake the jar one last time.
Place the pudding into the fridge for at least 2-3 hours, preferably over night. Shake the Jar a couple of times when you happen to open the fridge, just to ensure no lumps in your end result.
When the liquid has turned into jelly pudding consistency add it to a serving bowl. You can combine the pudding with a few spoons of coconut yogurt to make a delicious breakfast bowl.
To your pudding add some granola, fresh fruits, hemp & chia seeds and some shredded coconut.
The next morning all you need to do is plate it up in your favourite bowl and top it off with some fresh seasonal fruit and a tsp of nut butter!
