125ml (½ cup) Food Lover’s salted butter
Juice and zest of ½ lemon
3-4 Cloves garlic, minced or grated
10ml (2 tsp) mustard
1.25ml (¼ tsp) paprika
5ml (1 tsp) chilli flakes
30ml (2 Tbsp) finely chopped parsley
Handful fresh chives, finely chopped
1-2 Thyme sprigs, stalks removed, finely chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Add all the ingredients into a sauce pot and bring to a medium heat.
Whisk everything together until the butter has just melted and the sauce comes together.
