1kg Food Lover’s All-Purpose Potatoes
30ml (2 Tbsp) Food Lover’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
60ml (¼ cup) Food Lover’s Salted Butter, melted
60ml (¼ cup) cake flour
1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary
2-3 garlic cloves, peeled
Salt and pepper, to taste
Bring a sauce pot of salted water to the boil.
Peel and cut the potatoes into halves or quarters. Place them into the boiling water to par-cook for 10 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and pat dry before placing into a bowl. Drizzle the olive oil and butter over and mix to coat. Then dust the potatoes evenly with the flour.
Place the potatoes into the air-fryer basket, add the rosemary sprigs and garlic cloves.
Turn the temperature to 190°C and cook for 20-25 minutes, giving the basket a shake every 5 minutes. Once golden brown and crispy, season the potatoes well with salt and pepper before serving.
