TIP: Make the salsa ahead of time. Prepare salsa up to 8 hours ahead and refrigerate.
Other substitutions or adaptions to note:
Any combination of stone fruits, like peaches, nectarines, plums and apricots will work in this salsa.
You can use this salsa on grilled pork loin chops if you do not wish to go through the crumbing, or if you are having a braai.
You can also use this stone fruit salsa for your next Taco night, or add it to your burgers, pizzas or vegetarian buddha bowl!
