2 apples, peeled and cored
80 ml (1/3 cup) water
10 ml (2 tsp) lemon juice

Quarter the apples and place with water and lemon juice into a saucepan.
Cook on a medium heat for about 15-20 minutes or until soft. Blend the apples with a stick blender until smooth.
