The blending of ingredients makes you feel like you’re having cake for breakfast. Just pop everything into your blender, bake and enjoy!
We saw the baked oats going viral on TikTok & Insta, so we gave it a shot and our recipe developer baked up for delicious recipes for you to enjoy. From baked banana bread oats to carrot cake oats, decadent gooey chocolate baked oats or a PB&J! You need to try them all…and when you do, tell us which is your favourite!

Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Spray ovenproof ramekins with non-stick food spray
Place all ingredients, except the Nutella and chocolate, in a blender and blend for about 20 seconds.
Pour ½ of the mixture into each ramekin, followed by the Nutella and the rest of the oat mixture. Sprinkle over the chopped chocolate and bake for about 10 minutes.
For the Carrot Cake Baked Oats
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Spray ovenproof ramekins with non-stick food spray.
Place all ingredients, except the sour cream and orange zest, in a blender and blend for about 20 seconds.
Pour ½ of the mixture into each ramekin followed by the sour cream and the rest of the oat mixture. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Finish with some maple syrup and orange zest.
For the Banana Bread Baked Oats
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Spray ovenproof ramekins with non-stick food spray.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 20 seconds.
Pour ½ of the mixture into each ramekin followed by the fruit puree and the rest of the oat mixture, top with banana slices and bake for about 10 minutes
Serve with a dash of maple syrup.
For the PB&J Baked Oats
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Spray ovenproof ramekins with non-stick food spray.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 20 seconds.
Pour ½ of the mixture into each ramekin followed by the raspberry puree and the rest of the oat mixture and bake for about 10 minutes. Serve with a dash of maple syrup.
