400g Food Lover’s 3-month matured white cheddar cheese.
200g Emmental cheese.
200g Wax sealed cheddar wheel.
125g Brie cheese.
100g Blue cheese.
125ml (½ cup) cream cheese.
100g white rock cheese.
125ml (½ cup) tzatziki.
250g – 300g preserved figs.
125ml (½ cup) green pitted olives.
80ml (1/3 cup) sweet chilli sauce.
200g fresh cherries, to serve.
200g fresh strawberries, to serve.
100g bread sticks, to serve.
60ml (¼ cup) cranberry or cherry sauce.
Food Lover’s white seedless grapes.
Handful roasted and salted nuts, to serve.
Handful roasted walnuts, to serve.
Plain water biscuits, to serve.
Soften the cream cheese, spread it over a small section of the board and top with the sweet chilli sauce.
Top the brie cheese with the cranberry/cherry sauce and roasted roughly chopped walnuts.
Arrange and cut the remaining ingredients as you please.
Top with fresh fruits, preserved figs, olives and nuts and serve the platter along with bread sticks and water biscuits
