You might be wondering what a ‘Buddha Bowl’ actually is. It’s about balance, a balanced bowl of delicious food. Another story goes that “Buddha woke up before dawn every morning and carried his bowl through the roads or paths wherever he was staying. Local people would place food in the bowl as a donation, and at the end, he would eat whatever he had been given,”  That being said, usually, a Buddha bowl is vegetarian, with a grain base, but we added some shredded chicken and kept it low-carb.

As for the Green Goddess dressing, typically contains mayonnaisesour creamchervilchivesanchovytarragonlemon juice, and pepper. However, later and newer variations include (or exclude) ingredients. Here we have made one using avo, peas and herbs.
