A fresh summer salad that just looks way more impressive than you’re old-fashioned fruit salad bowl! This impressive checkerboard salad doesn’t require any special ingredients– just a little extra time cutting refreshing watermelon, cucumber and fresh summer fruits into cubes. Feta or Vegan feta adds a nice pop of saltiness while olive oil is a dash of flavour.
And, why not experiment with the shapes? Try out a Rubik’s cube salad, or shape it into a Christmas tree for that festive lunch party to make a pretty summer snack board.
