This recipe includes two variations – a spiced oil made with B-Well Canola Oil, mixed sesame seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and all-spice berries, and a rosemary and chilli oil made with fresh rosemary, red and green chillies, black peppercorns, and B-Well Canola Oil. Perfect for drizzling over salads, pastas, pizzas, and more.

For the Spiced Oil:
500 ml (2 cups) B-Well Canola Oil
30 ml (2 Tbsp) mixed sesame seeds
10 ml (2 tsp) coriander seeds
10 ml (2 tsp) cumin seeds
6 all spice berries
For the Rosemary and Chilli Oil:
500 ml (2 cups) B-Well Canola Oil
20 g fresh rosemary
1 small red chilli
1 small green chilli
10 ml (1 tsp) black peppercorns
Directions
For the Spiced Oil:
Pour the Canola Oil into a large glass jar. Heat a frying pan on a medium heat and toast the sesame seeds and spices together for about 3-4 minutes while stirring or until lasted and fragrant.
All flavoured oils can be stored in the fridge for up to a month or on the counter for about 2 weeks.
For the Rosemary and Chilli Oil:
Pour the Canola Oil into a large glass jar. Add the rosemary, chillies and peppercorns, close the lid of the jar and allow to infuse for a few days.
