A fiery one-pan roasted boerewors or sausage dish with seasonal vegetables by Anna Stockwell This is a super easy one-pan meal using your favourite sausage and broccoli or broccolini, or add your favourite stir fry mix! Roasted in a pan on the stove, or in the oven, and drizzled with the phenomenal Banhoek chilli oil.
Heat the Banhoek Chilli Oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add sausage and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, about 2 minutes
Add tomatoes, garlic, and thyme, stir to combine, and cook for 2 minutes, pressing down on some of the tomatoes with the back of a wooden spoon to encourage bursting.
Add broccolini; season with salt and pepper. Cook, covered for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted.
Divide sausage mixture among plates. Serve with bread alongside, and a drizzle of extra Banhoek Chilli Oil for the Perfect bite of flavour.
