Onion Pakoda (Pakora) is an Indian version of a fritter, a vegetable coated in gram flour & fried. In this Onion Pakora recipe, we have used whole slices of onions coated in chickpea flour, spiced with turmeric and chillies, and then shallow-fried. These make a great side dish with your burgers or served on a platter.
This recipe makes 6 – 8 onion pakoras.
