These delicious Parmalat Yoghurt and Speckled Egg Ice Lollies are quick and easy, made with only two ingredients! They’re perfect for a sweet treat on a hot day and are sure to be a hit with both kids and adults alike.

For the Ice Lollies:
6×100 g Parmalat Yumchums or Smooth Yoghurt
6x Ice cream sticks
To Decorate:
80g chocolate of your choice, melted
45g Speckled Eggs, finely chopped
Directions
For the Ice Lollies:
Use a small, sharp knife to poke a hole in the middle of each yoghurt tub’s film. Stick an ice cream stick into each of the yoghurts and ensure that they are standing up straight.
Place the yoghurt in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Once frozen, remove the film and gently pull the ice lolly out of the tub.
To Decorate:
Drizzle the ice lollies with the melted chocolate and sprinkle with Speckled Eggs to decorate.
