1 large garlic clove, peeled
3 ml salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 large paw paw, peeled, de-seeded and diced
50 g melted butter
50 ml white sesame seeds
8 chicken drumsticks
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Place all the ingredients except the chicken and sesame seeds into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Mix the marinade, sesame seeds and chicken together.
Place the chicken onto a lined roasting tray.
Cook the chicken for 40-50 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and sticky.
Serve with peas and sweet potato chips.
