2 tsp (10 ml) Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp (30 ml) lime juice
1 small garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp (5 ml) grated ginger
1/2 c (125 ml) diced paw paw or papaya
2 Tbsp (30 ml) paw paw seeds
2 Tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil of choice
+ – 2 Tbs (30 ml) water or more
Blend mustard, juice, garlic and ginger together.
Add paw paw and seeds and blend until smooth,
Add oil and water until a thick creamy dressing is created.
