10 Food Lover’s Rice or Corn Cakes
250ml (1 cup) Food Lover’s Smooth Peanut Butter
80ml (1/3 cup) jam of your choice* optional
160g dark chocolate, melted
Directions
Spread the peanut butter on all the rice/corn cakes followed by the jam if you are using jam for that extra bit of sweetness.
Drizzle with the melted dark chocolate to cover the filling and place in the fridge to set for about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy the yumminess, and thank us later.

Tips:
For a healthier option, use natural peanut butter with no added sugar.
To make it Vegan, choose a vegan dark chocolate.
Experiment with different types of jam to find your favourite flavour combination.
Add a sprinkle of sea salt for a salty-sweet balance.
