2 x 400g tins of tomato pilchards
1 tub of cocktail tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 pack of baby spinach
1 pack of 2-minute noodles
Avocado (*optional)
Cut up the cucumber into chucks and the tomatoes into halves.
Throw the cut up tomato and cucumber, pilchards, baby spinach leaves into a bowl and mix.
Just before serving, crush up the 2 minute noodles over the salad for a good crunch.
