500g Food Lovers Market Pork stirfry strips
1 tbs Food Lovers Market olive oil blend
2 tsp Food Lovers Market crushed ginger and garlic
1 onion, peeled and chopped
4 medium carrots, juliened
1 red pepper, chopped and deseeded
1 cup mange tout
1/3 cup Food Lovers Market Bbq sauce
6 tbsp Food Lovers Market honey
2/3 cup Pineapple juice or Fanta pineapple
7 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tsp Sriracha sauce
3 1/2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp Sesame oil
1/2 cup Food Lovers Market Cashew nuts
2 tbsp Food Lovers Market sesame seeds toasted
Food Lovers Market freshly ground salt and pepper
Heat canola oil in wok or large sauté pan over medium-high heat, until very hot, but not smoking.
Add pork and allow to cook for 1 minute, without stirring, then stir and allow to cook for another minute, stirring occasionally.
Remove pork from pan to a plate.
Add, crushed ginger and garlic, onion, carrots, red pepper and cook stirring frequently for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in bbq sauce, honey, pinapple juice, soy sauce, sriracha, vinegar and sesame oil.
Bring to a boil and let it cook for about 5 minutes until thickened and cooked through. Just before the end of this cooking process add the manage tout and cashew nuts. Season with freshly ground salt and pepper, as to your taste.
Serve spooned over cooked egg noodles, or for a gluten free option, some steamed jasmine or basmati rice.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
