1 kg store-bought bread dough
250 ml (1 cup) Food Lover’s cheddar, grated
15 ml (1 Tbsp) olive oil
Sticks from your garden
Knead the bread dough for about 2 minutes and fold the cheese into the dough. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces.
Cover the ends of the sticks with the olive oil.
Roll each piece of dough into a 15 – 20 cm sausage and twist the dough around the ends of the sticks.
Braai the breads, turning regularly for about 15 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
