125g Food Lover’s blueberries
Food Lover’s cucumber
200g Food Lover’s cheddar or gouda cheese
400g Food Lover’s peanut butter smooth or crunchy
100g Mixed nuts, from Food Lover’s in-store dispensary
1x Snack 6 pack yoghurt
3x Ripe loose bananas
1x Ripe loose nectarine
Idea 1: Open grilled cheese triangle dippers.
Top two-three slices of bread with grated cheese and place into air fryer/oven until golden brown, allow to cool and then cut into triangles.
Serve with tomato sauce for dipping.

Idea 2: Peanut butter & banana sandwich fingers.
Spread some butter or margarine over two slices of bread. Spread peanut butter over one slice and top with sliced banana. Close the sandwich and cut into four strips.

Idea 3: Basic cheese and cucumber sandwich.
Spread some butter or margarine over four slices of bread. Add cheese and cucumber slices to two slices of bread. Season the cucumber with salt and pepper, close the sandwich with the remaining slice of bread and cut up into portions.

Idea 4: Sandwich wheels.
Roll two slices of bread flat using a rolling pin, top with grated cheese and thin ribbons of cucumber. Season with salt, pepper and dried origanum. Roll the sandwiches up into a cylinder shape and cut into 3-4 pieces.

Idea 5: Toasted cheese jaffles.
Prepare two cheese sandwiches, season the cheese with salt and pepper, toast in a jaffle iron or a sandwich toaster until golden brown.
