Turn a tortilla into a crunchy bowl, and fill it with your favourite salad ingredients. Add fresh green, a protein & a delish dressing/dip.

For the Flavoured Oil:
30ml (2 Tbsp) olive oil
1 sprig of rosemary or thyme
5ml (1 tsp) chilli flakes
½ clove of garlic, chopped finely
For the Tortilla Salad Bowls:
2 large flour tortillas
250ml (1 cup) mixed lettuce
250ml (1 cup) cherry tomatoes, halved
½ onion, sliced
60ml (2 Tbsp) olives
Directions
Heat oven to 160°C.
Using a medium sized oven proof bowl, brush the tortilla with the flavoured oil on both sides and place in the bowl, forming a bowl shape. Place tin in the oven and toast for 5-7 minutes until brown and crispy. Remove and allow to cool.
Fill the tortilla bowl with lettuce, tomatoes, onion and olives and serve with your favourite salad dressing.
