5 ingredient Turkish eggs (Called Çılbır in Turkish /chil-bir/) is a simple, delicious savoury breakfast dish of perfectly poached eggs served with delicious garlicky yoghurt, and finished with warm spicy butter. The best way to eat this is with fresh, lightly toasted chunky bread to dip into the egg and yoghurt. Make sure it’s not too toasted so you can absorb the egg and yoghurt…yes, our mouths are watering just writing this!
