1 paw paw halved, deseeded and cut into slices
1 pineapple halved and halved again
3 oranges, 2 cut into slices, 1 cut into wedges
3 golden delicious apples sliced, cut into star shapes with a cookie cutter
3 bananas cut into diagonal slices
2 kiwi fruit halved
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1 cup gooseberries
1 cup almonds
1 cup pistachios
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
CREAM CHEESE AND YOGHURT DIP
2 cups full cream yoghurt
1 cup cream cheese
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk
CREAM CHEESE AND YOGHURT DIP
In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla extract and milk.
Stir in the yoghurt and set aside.
ASSEMBLY OF FRUIT PLATTER
Arrange the pineapple quarters, paw paw slices, orange slices, apple stars and banana slices in groups around a platter.
Fill in the spaces with the almonds, pistachios and raspberries.
Dot the kiwi fruit around the platter, then sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds.
Serve with the cream cheese and yoghurt dip on the side.
