This easy peach smoothie should be added to your weekly Summer menu, as breakfast or a snack. Add some of your favourite seeds for added protein, or nut butter for some fat to have a balanced nutritious breakfast. As simple as peaches, yoghurt (of choice) and some orange juice – you’re sorted!

4 yellow cling peaches, pitted and chopped
250ml (1 cup) peach yoghurt or plain yoghurt
125ml (1/2 cup) orange juice
250ml (1 cup) ice cubes
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Additional Notes
Substitute the peaches with another stone fruit like apricots or nectarines for a different alternative.
