This easy vinaigrette recipe is quick to make and bursting with flavour. Made with B-Well Canola Oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon zest and juice, honey, Dijon mustard, chilli flakes, salt, and black pepper, it’s perfect for dressing salads, vegetables, and other dishes.

125 ml (1/2 cup) B-Well Canola Oil
45 ml (3 Tbsp) apple cider vinegar
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
45 ml (3 Tbsp) Food Lover’s Honey
10 ml (2 tsp) Dijon mustard
10 ml (2 tsp) chilli flakes
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
Season to taste and store in the fridge in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks.
Serve with your favourite salad.
