Frozen Yoghurt Bark

Frozen yoghurt bark with fresh, seasonal berries is a delicious, fun, and healthy dessert or an exciting and energy-boosting snack! It is a great way to add more fruits into your day too, plus the whole family will love it! You can even change up flavours with different flavoured yoghurts. In this frozen yoghurt bark recipe, we use full cream plain yoghurt paired with fresh berries, coconut, cacao nibs and coconut flakes.

Makes 1 x 27 x 38 cm tray   

NOTE on time: 10 mins prep, but freezing time is 2 hours or overnight. 



Cooking Methods

  • 500 ml (2 cups) Food Lover’s Full Cream Plain Yoghurt
  • 45 ml (3 Tbsp) maple syrup
  • 30 ml (2 Tbsp) almonds, toasted
  • 4 - 5 strawberries, cut into your desired shape
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) blueberries
  • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) goji berries
  • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) cocao nibs
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) coconut flakes, toasted


  1. Combine the yoghurt and maple syrup together and transfer onto a tray lined with baking paper.
  2. Spread the yoghurt mixture out evenly and thinly and top with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Place the tray in the freezer for 2 hours or overnight. Break into desired size and enjoy.
