Ingredients

4 thick tuna steaks
You First black and white sesame seeds
2 Tbsp You First coconut oil
--FOR THE SALAD:
2 avocados, sliced
1 bunch radishes, washed and sliced
2 packets watercress
--FOR THE MUSTARD DRESSING:
½ cup (125ml) Food Lover’s Signature extra virgin olive oil
Zest and juice of 2 lemons
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Coat the tuna steaks in the sesame seeds.
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan over high heat. Sear the steaks for 1 minute per side. *Slice just before serving.
To make the mustard dressing, add all the ingredients to a jar and shake until emulsified.
Add all the salad ingredients to a serving bowl and drizzle with the dressing. Serve alongside the seared tuna.
