The International Olympic Games is here and, this time, it’s being held in the City of Lights, Paris, France. Team SA is made up of almost 150 athletes from sports ranging from swimming to running to cycling. Of course, their diet for the duration of the competition is important in ensuring they perform at their peak. For the 2024 Games, a Food Vision was established by a team of top chefs and nutrition professionals so that competitors can enjoy a menu of around 40 different dishes a day – a diverse selection of cuisine from across the globe that is the perfect balance of nutrition and flavour.
