Did you know that you can air-fry prawns? These air fryer prawns are coated in a light panko crumb and air fried to crispy perfection.
Quick, easy and delicious, these air fryer prawns are seriously delicious, and perfect for a prawn taco with a bang bang sweet chilli sauce.
Place the flour, beaten egg and panko breadcrumbs into three separate bowls, adding the paprika and seasoning to the breadcrumbs.
Coat each prawn in the flour, then the egg and lastly the breadcrumbs.
Gently place the prawns into the air fryer tray and cook for 15 minutes on 180°C or until crispy and golden brown, turning the prawns halfway through cooking.
For the Sauce:
In a medium sized bowl, add all the ingredients together and mix until well combined.
To Serve:
Place a small handful of cabbage into the taco shells and dollop guacamole onto the cabbage. Top with 2 – 3 crispy prawns, sauce, and a squeeze of lime. Finish with coriander and enjoy.
