500ml (2 cups) frozen fruit/veg from Food Lover’s Market (We used a combination of mango and carrot)
45ml (3 Tbsp) almond nut butter
125ml (1/2 cup) water
Optional ingredients:
15ml (1 Tbsp) YouFirst chia seeds
15ml (1 Tbsp) orange blossom honey
Juice of 1 lime
Ice
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Garnish with some extra fruit and enjoy as a nutritious breakfast or snack this summer season.
