This is classic pub grub with a bit of a twist. Juicy, tender steak, doused in lashings of spicy Portuguese sauce, garnished with braised onions and tomatoes, then topped with a delicious, butter fried egg. All, stacked between the top and bottom of a freshly baked Portuguese roll. Serve with oven roasted potato wedges and an ice cold beer.
