Be careful chopping the corn!
Chopping the corn down the length CAN be dangerous, and the last thing we need is an accident. Alternatively, chop the cobs in half first – the ‘shorter’ pieces will be easier to chop while standing vertical on the surface. You could also par-boil the corn so that it is easier to cut, and then grill for less time than in the recipe.
If you’re still nervous about it, then skip this one – don’t worry, the whole corn on the cob will taste just as good with the same seasonings and dip.
Can I make these corn ribs in an air fryer?
Yes, you can. Fry the prepared corn pieces in the air fryer for about 10 minutes.
