Salmon is a delicious fish that needs very little done to it to enhance its flavour. Here we have added a bit of heat with freshly ground peppercorns, then balanced it with a hint of salty, soy sauce and smokey, sweet maple syrup. This dish is quick and easy to prepare and really, rather mouth-watering.
