1 banana, frozen
2cm fresh ginger (peeled)
2 oranges
½ pineapple
500ml (2 cups) unsweetened almond milk
10ml (2 tsp) honey (*Substitute with Maple Syrup/Coconut Sugar for Vegans)
5ml (1 tsp) cinnamon
10ml (2 tsp) turmeric or 2cm fresh turmeric root (peeled)
15ml (1 Tbsp) raw almonds
5ml (1 tsp) YouFirst chia seeds
Blend all ingredients together and serve chilled
