For the mint sauce:
250 ml (1 cup) double cream yoghurt
125 ml (1/2 cup) mint, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, minced
5 ml (1 tsp) cumin

15 ml (1 Tbsp) lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Method
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic and rosemary. Add the lamb chops, mix well, cover and set aside for at least 30 minutes.
For the mint sauce, combine all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well. Set aside while you cook the chops.
Prepare your braai, creating a fire that is medium to high heat. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Cook the lamb chops for 3 – 5 minutes on each side, until a good sear has formed.
Optionally, repeat the same steps and cook on a griddle pan over a stove top.
Serve with a lovely salad of choice and a generous layer of mint sauce and enjoy!
