In August 2021, we started rolling out our two-day Condensed Management Programme for supervisors and department managers across South Africa. In support of our call to action, ‘Same Faces, Higher Places’, there was a need to share managerial principles with our colleagues to enhance their abilities to lead their teams to higher levels of success.
The 2-day programme focuses on specific topics such as Think Like a Manager, Make Teams Work, Developing and Motivating Colleagues, Effective Delegation, Overcoming Obstacles, and remembering to embrace every moment of management. To date, 194 colleagues have completed the programme and many of them have started to implement what they have learnt with their teams, which directly speaks to our ‘Culture of Learning’.
