Turn a regular tortilla into crispy nachos or tortilla chips! An easy and more budget-friendly way to make nachos for a crowd or yourself! Enjoy these tortilla nachos with creamy guacamole, or try this black bean hummus recipe.
Cut the tortilla in triangle shapes. Place on an oven tray lined with baking paper, brush with the flavoured oil and bake for 5-7 minutes until brown and crispy. Remove and allow to cool.
Scatter the cheese over the nacho chips and place in the oven until the cheese has melted. Finish with some diced tomato and onion salsa and serve with the mashed avocado mixed with mayo and coriander. Season to taste.
